Vertical limit isn't really a good film but kinda watchable when u need to switch your brain off.
Kinda fun to spot all the cult actors ("oh that one was in x files, that one was in attack of the clones and that one was in ballykissangel!")
While not an interesting film, it would have been interesting to have some new features about how it was made, but totally get not bothering with it.
Kinda don't help that Martin Campbell is doing a renny harlin and saying yes to just about anything the major b movie independent companies are currently making.

Actually wouldn't say no to some more burt Reynolds flicks.

So the Roger Moore film they were sneak previewing the other day wasn't Gold nor Cross Plot but Shout at the Devil.

I'm in for The Body Stealers and Hannie Caulder at some point.

Doubt i'll get Man of Violence as i'm happy with my BFI release.

Nah, the teaser photo was set in modern times (70s). Shout at the Devil is set pre-WW1.

I'm pretty sure the photo was Gold.

Yes, what i meant was the photo they used as a teaser for an upcoming Moore film wasn't from the one that was actually getting announced.

Sorry if it didn't come across that way.

It would have been nice to get the The Body Stealers uncut but judging by the PG certificate that is not going to happen.

I guess it's more than likely the uncut version doesn't exist anymore?

According to a post elsewhere 88 said it is uncut.

Someone on on Facebook in a reply to the above pic post from 88 Films asked the following in regards to The Body Stealers:

Any chance you could source the uncut scenes from The Body Stealers? Originally released as an X but quickly withdrawn and re-released with a cut A certificate, the Lorna Wilde skinny dip and beach sex scene between Wilde and Parrick Allen are still trimmed from all released versions. Looks like a PG cert on your sleeve so guessing not but would love to have it complete for once!

& 88's reply to the above quote was:

we did 🙂
