I placed a pretty big order a few days ago and then received the email with the code for a 25% discount this morning, so contacted them on the website to cancel the order so I could place it again with the code to get the discount. They've saved me (and them) the hassle by issuing a refund for 25% of the order total, which I thought was very good of them.
