Just ran into these awesome podcasts. They've got Twilight Time's Nick Redman as a guest and you get to hear a lot about how the company works. How the titles are chosen, why their releases are so limited, about the pricing, etc. Extremely interesting stuff.

The interview starts on both after the hosts stop discussing about their latest movie viewings. Would check the precise times, but I'm at work right now. If you're skipping around, you know the interview is going when you hear an extremely smooth and charming British voice.

Here's a recent episode:
Killer POV Ep 118: Twilight Time Too!

And here's another from a year ago:
Killer POV Ep 77: It’s Twilight Time!

Cheers for sharing, mate.

I listened to the more recent one last week - will give the older one a go now.

Nick is an absolutely smashing bloke, from my hometown, and an absolute authority on films of a certain period. Hi commentaries on the discs (often with TT's Julie Kirgo - who is also lovely) are well worth a listen too.

That's cool, I didn't realize he made some commentaries too. Will have to check them out definitely. Thanks for the tip!

Yep, Nick is a great guy. And very appreciative towards the people who support TT. I always like his (and Julie's) commentaries and the Killer POV podcasts he's he done are always a joy to listen to.

The best commentary Nick has done is t on one of his own releases - it's in the US Blu-Ray of CALIGULA in which he observes mostly while McDowell dishes the first. It's brilliant. They did one for A CLOCKWORK ORANGE too and that's well worth checking out.

Anything with Malcolm McDowell involved is always a giggle.

Default Twilight Time

Another great film released by Twilight Time. Devil In A Blue Dress, directed by Carl Franklin, starting Denzel Washington, Don Cheadle, Tom Sizemore, and Jennifer Beals. An excellent film noir and I wish it had been more successful so we could've gotten more Easy Rawlins movies, as there have been 13 novels released so far. Really happy TT decided to use the poster art on the blu-ray too. Always really like it, and it fits the movie perfectly.
