Ordering AND NOW THE SCREAMING STARTS directly from Severin would cost me about €10 more (total cost) than from Amazon. $25 just for shipping a disc from the US! So I'll wait for the next release from a European publisher

Shipping anything from the US is absurdly expensive, and increasingly so. I blame eBay (because, why not?) -- years ago eBay only made money from a commission on item prices. When they started charging a commission on shipping in addition to item cost, USPS shipping skyrocketed, in and outside eBay. It's come to the point where, in this particula case, a BD costs $15, but shipping is $25+! Ah well.
