I was disappointed when this was announced a few weeks ago that they hadn't made much effort with the actual blu-ray package.

I really like the colours on the cover and would have liked the poster included with the blu too.

It's the same pattern as all of their recent 4k releases I'm afraid. Fancy 4k box set with all nice extra stuff, then a standard blu-ray which you're lucky if it even includes extras on, usually with a slipcover. and then a month or two later a standard 4k release as well.

This has been the case with Flash Gordon, The Elephant Man, Total Recall, Don't Look Now, the John Carpenter films, and a few Ealing comedies as well.

At least the Bluray will be £25 cheaper and still look fantastic

Seems to be decent extras on this. You might be wrong regarding the extras on the blu's Justin as the ones you've mentioned all have a lot of content. Basic Instinct is two discs as well.

Basic Instinct will never beat the dvd release i have with it's two discs, art cards and ice pick in an ice pack.
