I think they could have given us at least an audio commentary with Jonathan Rigby and the price point wouldn't have changed by that much. |

nothing against Ellinger once I got used to her accent. She's very strong on Gothic literary influences - it'll be interesting to see her join the dots with this being a Hong Kong co-production and a bit removed from traditional English gothic... ...but I do like a bit of Rigby on a Hammer release. Ah well, at least it's a UK release... I wonder who they licensed it from? I thought it was a Warner title in the UK? |

So looking at that pic, is Shark a pg or an 18? I mean I'm aware shark isn't a jaws knockoff (oh god if only, a 18 rated carnivorous fish film starring burt Reynolds in his prime). But which rating does it justify? |

It's PG according to BBFC, that rating was from 2003.

a PG it's like the deep but before the deep but the deep is ten times better than shark which is quite dull.

I watched a documentary about shark films on Shudder, I believe that Shark! features the death of a stunt man in the final edit of the film!

And I believe the stuntman's death was used by the production company to promote the film and the director quit and wanted nothing to do with the film.
