From Bill regarding the overseas pre-orders:

OVERSEAS ORDERS: Due to extremely High Volume of complaint regarding speed of the mail people. I can not take pre-book for overseas customers for items, since complaint will stack up if it takes awhile to get the order shipped.

Once you decypher it into actual written English it seems like he will not be allowing for any overseas pre-orders. I guess us non-US folk will have to wait it out until the items are in stock to be able to order.

He should just scrap the whole pre-order system and just upload the items as and when they are available.

...however, I would say that due to me not being in the US!

Here's all the facts on the pre-order for now:

Don't look at the Big Cartel pages which keeps giving "sold out" notices from time to time,Bill is possibly limiting the amount of pre-orders (keep in mind CR's basically a one man operation).

Basically,he's saying if he gets swamped with orders it may take longer for foreign orders to ship and arrive.
So he's eliminating the "pre-order wait" for foreign orders as they already take longer to arrive.

Also:

"There is a lot of good overseas customers. Bad ones seems to leave a bad feel. New guideline will be posted, especially for the Limited edition Blu." (Bill/CR)

Numbers:

VFB blu limited 1000
JBD limited 2000-3000 (unofficial info),I suspect all depends on sales with this one.

Thanks for clearing that up Bruno.
We've all been loyal customers of CR discs and to miss out on this would leave a lot of bad feeling.
Looks like we may get a chance after all.

New and restocked Code Red titles happening now over at Diabolik dvd.

No sign of the pre-order blu's yet but Diabolik and CR are working out a deal,in fact Diabolik would like to carry all CR releases it seems.

[edit seems things are not that simple regarding Diabolik carrying all the CR releases...]

Btw not only the new blu's are coming up but also a bunch of new dvd's (including some surprises according to Bill).
