Lovin' The Plague of the Zombies & The Reptile covers!

I have a few Anolis/E-M-S releases but I'm very tempted to get some of these Paradiso dutch releases, they look great.

John Carson in Plague of the Zombies, what a performance!! I sooooo wished I'd made it to Memorabilia at the NEC this year as he was there along with one of the Twins of Evil and several Goldfinger Bond Girls too!

I did nip in for half an hour (unfortunately I had work that day). John Carson was away (probably lunch) so I didn't get to meet him.

As luck would have it, Mary Collinson was there so I met her & she signed one of the postcards from the Elektrocity hardbox of Twins of Evil for me.

Well I've got a Frankenstein and the Monster from Hell (Paradiso) winging it's way to me as we speak.

I think I may pick up some more of these Dutch releases (loving the artwork).

Would love to get hold of some more of the German Anolis/e-m-s titles but there so expensive (I assume there all OOP now).

I think the Dutch Paradiso releases & the German Koch Media releases (loving their artwork too) maybe the way to go, lot more reasonably priced.

It'll be interesting to see how complete (in terms of censored footage) your new DVD of Frankenstein and the Monster from Hell is.The Anolis/e-m-s DVD was the most complete version available anywhere on DVD, but sadly it's now out of print.

Pretty sure it will be the same print.

There were only 40 frames of film missing from the Anolis release

I have the above edition of The Reptile. The picture quality is the best I've seen of this movie ( certainly better than the edition on the UK Hammer boxset ). How come other countries always seem to trump the UK when it comes to Hammer on dvd?

Hammer movies are crying out for Blu-ray releases. And not in bloody Region A - locked discs either ( thanks, Synapse
