Same here. I haven't used them direct in a long time. They used to be excellent but they've clearly gone a bit shite.

They don't seem to have enough stock on hand during sales. I ordered 15 releases in the sale and I think all but a couple of items are showing as 'stock on order' rather than 'in stock'.
