Something is obviously up with your order, they are generally as fast as Network orders. On the up-side though, WowHD deliveries seem to be getting faster! I've had mine from the Olive Films sale on Friday too.

Team Arrow it is now, no names, just Team Arrow, if i make an enquiry to Eureka i expect it will be Team Flash or Team Supergirl.

I'll keep you all updated because something like this could happen to anyone of us on here. So if their customer service is now shit it might be worth considering for future purchasers.
