Yeah I got one around 3 years ago, it seemed to be when they acquired those studio films and put out bare releases, Robin Hood Prince of Thieves, True Romance and Ace Ventura etc... I'm guessing they were all bundled together and perhaps the license period has lapsed because it was so long ago!

You wouldn't think they'd allow the license period to lapse and not put out a Tarantino film. Perhaps it was wishful thinking on their part.

There was Wolf of Wall Street at the same time, which I believe is also coming out on a 4k disc by the studio (universal??).

I think Covid has kept a lot back. I still think the postcard titles will arrive eventually.

Sure some had postcards well before covid. IGB as well as wolf of wall street have been released by others and doubt we will see The frightners from them, it thought someone would of released it this , with its 25th anniversary. Even if some have been affected they should of kept people informed.

Looking back on this thread it was July last year when postcards for TWolfOWS and IB were found, so right in the midst of the pandemic.

With HMV releasing Basterds soon it would appear Rob's optimism is out the window.

I didn't know about the HMV release! Still, it seems strange that they released postcards without securing a licence?

something must have gone south with their deal making...
