Do not blind buy it. It's f*cking dreadful, which is a pity as it has an awesome poster - which of course Arrow will ignore as someone in the chimps art department will 'create' a new one.
I've never seen it but according to IMDB it was heavily cut before release. Gore doesn't necessarily make a movie any better... but it can't make it any worse

https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0091338/alternateversions/

I should say before anyone jumps to any conclusions there is nothing from Arrow to indicate they have access to the missing gore scenes.

The only thing that could improve this film is if it came with a free fifty pound note in the case.

And even then it wouldn't actually improve the film just my piece of mind.

I've reviewed it twice on here -

Part unfunny frat comedy part horror film. It's been four days since i sat down to watch this and I genuinely don't remember anything about this film other than 80's hard rock band White Sister perform on stage.

Cool cover though!

I've reviewed this previously on Cult Labs.

In short - Great poster but still a crap film.
Whilst that respected purveyor of all things trash also thought it rubbish.

In the last few minutes it goes from disposable froth to a big kill with an overly intense possession-victim at the centre, a tonal glitch that I wouldn?t mind had the rest of the film not tried so hard to persuade me of how boring it was. A shame, for ?Killer Party? ticks many worthy boxes pour moi, as evinced by the presence of a stupid number of false starts, all the garish eightiesness, actually likeable characters and a theme tune that sounds like it was done by Bananarama on Mogadon. Ah well, can?t have it all.
Here's the poster if anyone's interested.

I immediately thought of Maniac Cop but that is NYPD not LA. With the WB deal it could be something like LA Confidential.

Probably a 4K of To Live and Die in LA.

Could be something like Demolition Man.

Better not be LA Confidential.

Still haven't watched the Bluray I bought it when it came out. Does state on the box it's a 4k remaster, so following from Arrow's recent past, this one is most likely it.

2505 on a badge is a reference to counterfeiters and they are central to the plot of To Live and Die in LA.

Although knowing Arrow someone probably just Googled LA police badge and they went with whatever came up.

Sadly, not Demolition Man, the badges are different (I own one of the uniforms), which is a pity because I'd love to have a special edition of this...
