I do suspect the image is just any old badge and not relevant to the film other than it's perhaps set in LA.

Regarding Killer Party, I've been wanting Arrow to release some 80's-early 90's B-Movies, but typically they are appearing to be releasing a rubbish one.

Would be interested in Critters 1&2 though
