They seem to have certainly found their niche online since the demise of their high-street stores.

Their initial pre-order prices are usually better than Amazon, plus they do have some good sales. However, I have heard that their customer service is a nightmare - something I have luckily not had to experience for myself (at least not yet!). For that reason I tend to only use them to order the exclusive products.
