From a business point of view wouldn't be surprised if it's 'first come, first served' so pre-orders first in line then whoever chucks the money, so if there are 1000 left and Zavvi want 50% then they can buy 500 copies without deterent(might be different if the buyer is unknown and wants 100% of the stock tho, even if they have the cash) that way the incentive to get in quick on limited releases remains strong.

It is an interesting point because Nekromantik can realistically only be bought from arrowfilms.co.uk, as it isn't available from Amazon and, at £29.99, is £11 more expensive from Zavvi.
