What experience has everyone had with Preordering Arrow titles from Zavvi? My previous preorder from them, ReAnimator, bas a disaster, but I'm hoping Arrow are different as I have a 15% voucher and even before that their prices are cheaper than Amazon for Rabid, Comedy of Terrors and Thief.

And would they ship together or seperate?

Tim Lucas has just let the cat out of the bag (and quickly told people to forget what they saw, and deleted his post), that he's recording a commentary for an upcoming Arrow release......Videodrome.

I preordered Rabid Dogs and it arrived about 3 weeks after Arrow had shipped them, roughly a week after release date, but the Arrow steelbooks (Inferno, Black Sunday etc) all came before release date, it's hit and miss with Zavvi as far as preorders go

Well Arrow is too expensive to preorder from, and a week after release date isn't too bad.

I got my Zavvi exclusive steelbooks very quick as well, but I believe that's because it was a Zavvi product. I don't think I'll find a better price, so it's worth it.

Just glad to hear they're not months late or an absolute disaster

Glad I held off upgrading to the Criterion blu-ray.

Obviously the Arrow disc won't have the full Videodrome footage as an extra. I recall this being mentioned in the past that they wouldn't pass it, much like the porn video extra on The Howling dvd.
