I have the Kino Burnt offerings so thats a miss... I'm a sucker for the Burning so will cave and buy it though I'm dissapointed they couldn't get a 4k scan, 52 pick up is the only must buy.

That's another of my bugbears.

I think MGM didn't give theme a choice to do new scan.

I wonder what these big UK/US releases are that their announcing next week? Is the HG Lewis set dual terrority? Burnt Offerings has potential and I'm tempted by The Burning but I bought the Oz blu last year so if its the same transfer as that I might hold off for a while.

I also like the steelbook art for The Burning. It's one I don't own on Blu yet so will be picking it up along with Burnt Offerings and 52 Pick-Up at some point - although as per usual the non-limited stuff can wait for the inevitable sales.

To retain my arty-farty credentials I'm also in for the Dekalog set and Cosmos.

J-Horror classic Dark Water is also getting a release apparently but hasn't been officially announced yet. It also seems the 'big' box set announcement is looking likely to be the HGL set.

Just changed my Count Yorga pre-order from blu-ray to dvd, as the dvd at Amazon is now £9.99. Saved myself a fiver and i'm not that fussed with blu's so more funds for something else!

Speaking of such credentials, have you watched the other 2 films in the Love & Anarchism box set yet? It goes on to say that they are in the 'same cinematic language' as Eros + Massacre but I was wondering if they are little easier to watch due to the shorter running times?

You could always wait until a future Arrow sale and pick up the Blu for around £8-£10. That's what I'll be doing.
