Okay, I have to be honest and say that I never actually played Zelda as a kid, but I used to love Mario...so, a lot of fond memories playing Super Mario World and borrowing All Stars from a mate during the school holidays!
...So, my answer may have been a little more based on personal memories than which is technically a better game

For the record, to this day I don't think I've ever even played a Zelda game

you should they are very good 1 r 2 arent so great but most are ...
I have played nearly every 1 ...only problem is ive never actualy finished any ....play ocarina of time or last 1 on wii 1st if u plan to play any..

I have played nearly every 1 ...only problem is ive never actualy finished any but been close ....play ocarina of time or last 1 on wii 1st if u plan to play any..apparently im not sure which 1 but even if you knew what to do it would take over 40hrs to complete..
