Whilst it sounds as though this will be superior to the Severin release, and for that I applaud Shameless, it is disappointing that we won't be getting hold of the full hardcore version. From all that I have read, it seems that the film was shot hardcore in the first place; as oppposed to using inserts shot later.

Still, it sounds like it will be a decent release.

Since Caligula, an exploitation film in anyone's book, is available uncut on DVD in all its hardcore glory, I disagree.

That was a multimillion dollar production backed by performances by some of Britain's finest acting talent that just happened to have been produced by a pornographer.

Satan's Baby Doll has none of that going for it, and as wrong as it is, the BBFC will view it as a lesser work.
