Great to see Matt is staying!!!

I am actually looking forward to the finale but I think it's over-hyped and honestly doubt it can deliver. There are a couple of things I don't wanna see..

1) Clara dying yet again..enough already let her grow as a companion. The gimmick is done
2) Some lame cop-out about the name..I.e. it's said but we don't hear it

Incidentally a musical episode done the right way could be fun. The episode Once More With Feeling from Buffy the Vampire Slayer was outstanding.

We'd better not hear it. Silence will fall when the question is asked.

Thats the thing, its 90% sure the name isn't going to be heard unless they have some amazing plan and plot with it.

I don't think he does. I think this was a bad idea, one that is set to disappoint a lot of people who will be expecting to hear it or at the very least have it be "game changing".

And hey somebody up there wants a musical number as well...(see can't please everybody no matter what)

I worry that Moffat's hyperbole could end up disappointing everybody.

In this case thats what i want.

I suppose his name could be seen in Gallifreyan text therefore we'd still never know it.

Thats my point though. You shouldn't have to want that. Moffat should have went for a strong story over a gimmick. I see the name storyine as a gimmick thats made to disappoint.

I get your point now. Its a gimmick too far.

We'll have to see how it all pans out. I'm looking forward to it.
