I totally agree with this. It'd be like casting a woman as Superman or something.

(Although there's little reason why the next Doctor couldn't have a penchant for cross-dressing )

I had mine from Sainsburys for £15 delivered so I was really happy with the set, even more so now, although if it selling for stupid money in the future I would be quite happy to sell mine and get the 2 separate releases and then pocket the difference as I couldn't give a monkeys which Tardis is used on the menu.

I only wish the limited set was done as a dalek steelbook

Hmmmm now that I think about it, normal blus of the Cushing Doctor's are the same discs. So, I doubt that's why the limited edition is hard to get now.

okay thats weird cause it said on the DW forum that this error applies to the twin set, unless somebody made some kind of error with the discs in the set?

perhaps they have it wrong and its the same in the separate releases as well, I don't have then to check unfortunately.

I don't know for sure. My cousin got the limited edition and I'm just basing my assumption with the art on the discs, which is the same as the standard BD covers.

My idea is similar to Dallas.

Its not Bobby Ewing that comes out of the shower but the third Doctor, as in Spearhead from Space. Its then that we realize everything since has been a long dream....

....or in some cases nightmare.

The artwork on the limited edition is fantastic. I must be mad, I just bought it from Amazon. That'll teach me not to cancel a preorder again!

To all the people who say a female Doctor wouldn't work, can I call your attention to this:

Check out from 18:03 onwards, with Joanna Lumley as the Doctor!

I am shocked! Was there not a news report that Matt had signed for another year recently? F$%§! It will be a tough job for hir follower...

And a strict no to a woman from me, not only because I hate all radical feminists, they will surely demand the show being renamed to Doctress Who

Harry Lloyd from Family of Blood, The Fear and Game of Thrones would be my choice if they insist on a younger actor. He sorta looks the part in this pic.
