And, of course, the Daleks were there, back in 2007!

*Edit* Apparently episode 4 ("The Power of Three") will feature UNIT, and episode 6 (currently untitled) will be the Christmas special which introduced the new companion

New trailer from BBC America gives the US start date for the series as September 8th:

A September 8th UK start date is looking pretty likely considering that last years episodes were shown on the same day in both countries.

Good stuff. Busy all night on the 1st, finishing packing from holiday, organising for colage on monday, the Movie marathon. The 8th is much more convenient.

Damn, was hoping for the 8th. Oh well, i'll be seeing Dredd that day anyway so my mind probably wouldn't have been able to hold so much awsome.

There was a short teaser trailer for Asylum Of The Daleks on BBC1 today which looked pretty bloody impressive.

What put me off a little is the Daleks are screeching "Save the Daleks".

We'll see. I hope Moffatt doesn't screw this one up.

On the plus side the title music seems to be better, the opening scream sounds louder.

Revisiting old monsters hasn't been that impressive since Moffatt took over. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for this one.
