Why does one stormtrooper have a red shoulder?

What is the significance of that??

The last time I was over at Tesco they had all of them on the rack.

Just the three we have mentioned. There was still a lot of them though.
I have heard that there are new ones with Halloween drawings of Yoda and Darth Vader as 'goodie bags'. I'll have a look again next time.
