Appleseed is totally computer animated.... not too keen on it TBH. Most series are these days, but the best productions (like Bserk and Evengalion) make it look hand drawn.

Black Lagoon Roberta's Blood Trail OVA Blu-ray: Amazon.co.uk: Daisuke Namikawa, Jun Karasawa, Megumi Toyoguchi, Hiroaki Hirata, Kazue Ikura, Sunao Katabuchi: Film & TV

Looks as if Roberta's blood trail is FINALLY getting a release. Bit dear for a mini-series mind..Still its one of the best anime's you will see this year, muh like the previous series...

To celebrate here's my favorite track from the Black lagoon soundtrack...

Even better, Season 4 is in production.

I'm very happy!

Does anyone know any cheapo/bargain US anime blu's?
I just set up a region A player on my laptop and would like to order some cheap A discs to test it.

Thinking about going for the US Redline blu (which is reasonably cheap).

Well there's not much cheap as such but the US release of Black Lagoon is better than the UK one, it has DVD's and Blus instead of being just Blu and is complete but its still setting you back around £30. Blackblood Brothers is about £12, Phantom: Requiem for the phantom is just under £15, Legend of heroes is under £14 (not seen it though) Samurai 7 is under £30 and that was fun... Movies can be quite cheap as well especially Naruto. Theres also a cheapish Ruroni kenshin blu that's a recent remake of the kyoto arc that should be fun...

Type Anime Blu-ray US import into amazon search bar and have a browse. there is some interesting stuff.....

Roberta's Blood Trail is already available stateside BTW.

Probably gonna pick Deadman Wonderland up. Loved Steins; Gate but so annoying I have to wait for part 2. Will not be buying anymore half series I haven't seen before.

Steins & Bebop blus have got me watching DVD sets I have had for years and never touched. Just finished House of Five Leaves which I loved, working my way through Starship Operators atm. I have at least another 10 boxsets I have never watched!

I loved Steins gate and house of five leaves. Curiously I have star ship operators on DVD but have not watched it yet. One of the pitfalls of being a cult movie AND anime fan is there is so much to watch and so little time.

This is still airing in japan so won't be out but keep an eye out for it..

Attack on Titan - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

So far its an amazing show!

Is this any good?
The US bd anime classics version (+ova) is nicely priced.
