I remember him from the Attitude Era when he was the 'personal piercer' for Prince Albert

The results from the Money In The Bank 2023 Pay Per View:

SPOILER:
  • The evening started with the Men's Money in the Bank Ladder Match where Damien Priest reached the top of the ladder before Ricochet, Shinsuke Nakamura, LA Knight, Santos Escobar, Butch and Logan Paul to claim the Money In The Bank Briefcase
  • This was followed by the match for the WWE Women's Tag Team Championship where the title was gained by Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez who defeated Ronda Rousey and Shayna Baszler when Morgan gained a pinfall over Rousey
  • The Singles match for the WWE Intercontinental Championship saw Gunther retain the title when he defeated Matt Riddle via submission. At the end of the match, Drew McIntyre, who hasn't been seen since WrestleMania returned and leveled Gunther with a Claymore before informing everyone "I'm back"!
  • The only non-stipulation / title match of the evening was a singles match which ended when Cody Rhodes defeated Dominik Mysterio via pinfall
  • There followed a surprise appearance from John Cena, talking up the London crowd before saying he was trying to bring WrestleMania to the fans. After delivering the message and teasing a London WrestleMania [which gained the biggest pop of the night], Grayson Waller interrupted, running down and making his own pitch for WrestleMania in Australia. After some trash-talking between the two, Cena applied the Attitude Adjustment to Waller and left the ring
  • Next up was the Women's Money in the Bank ladder match which ended when Ivo Sky climbed the ladder to reach the main prize ahead of Zelina Vega, Becky Lynch, Zoey Stark, Bayley and Trish Stratus
  • The World Heavyweight Championship ended with Seth Rollins retaining the title when he defeated Finn Balor by pinfall
  • The main match of the evening was the "Bloodline Civil War" tag team match which featured The Usos Vs. Roman Reigns & Solo Sikoa. The match ended when The Usos delivered superkicks to Reigns and Jey hit a splash from the top rope to score the pin. This was the first time Reigns had been pinned since December 2019

So there it was - the return of the WWE to good ol' Blighty with a major PPV event in front of a reported 18,885 people at the 02 Arena.

The event is being described as 'the best premium live event of the Triple H regime', due to the consistently strong in-ring content from start to finish, some interesting storyline twists and two instant elevations for the winners of the Money in the Bank matches. It was a show that exceeded expectations!

The next WWE PPV event is scheduled to be SummerSlam which is due to be held in on August 5 at the Ford Field in Detroit

Always remember he debuted and the commentators asked what the audience were asking....How is he going to get it into the ring.
