Apparently Johnny Knoxville is going to be an entrant in the Royal Rumble!

Presumably it's a promotional tie-in for the next Jackass movie, which is released the following week in the USA

A number of people connected to the NXT brand have been handed their 'future endeavors':
  • WWE Hall of Famer ‘Road Dogg’ Jesse James
  • 15 x Champion and Former NXT General Manager William Regal
  • Chris Guy AKA Ace Steel – WWE Coach and original trainer of CM Punk.
  • Former manager to The Great Khali, Dave Kapoor aka Ranjin Singh.
  • NXT creative producer Ryan Katz
  • Legendary WWE Official Scott Armstrong
  • Former NJPW and MLW writer George Carroll
  • Former NXT Tag Team Champion Timothy Thatcher
  • Former NXT Tag Team Champion Danny Burch
  • Cathy Corino AKA Allison Danger
  • Diamond Mine recruit Hideki Suzuki

the most surprising amongst these are the Road Dogg and William Regal, who must be a future Hall Of Fame inductee

Samoa Joe has been released from WWE for a second time.

This is due to Triple H's involvement and vision era that he had built with NXT,

There is concern with fans that Shawn Michaels may be next to go.

Apparently the rumour is Nick Khan trying to take control but also Vince's minions are making a lot of decisions

Mickie James has been announced as one of the entrants in the woman's Royal Rumble match

What is interesting about this is the fact that she is currently the reigning TNA Impact Knockouts World Champion, and this is the first time that the WWE have openly acknowledged one of the championships that are held by Impact

I do find ironic that they fired her and now that they don't have any wrestlers they had too make a deal with impact to get a wrestler they fired as they don't have any themselves.
