"As we’ve noted, Lawler suffered a massive stroke on Monday, February 6 while at his condo in Fort Myers, Florida. Coming out of surgery, he had some paralysis and was unable to speak, but within days he was doing better and released from the hospital to begin outpatient rehab on his limited speech and cognitive skills. Lawler’s doctors expected him to make a full recovery.

In an update, a new report from PWInsider notes that Lawler has recovered enough that he was able to return home to Memphis on Friday morning.

Lawler had been staying at his home in Florida to undergo outpatient therapy for the stroke, but his recovery is going well, and has allowed him to go back home."

It if after him that the 'Muta Scale', the measure that rates the amount of blood spilled during a match, was named. Among his 'in-ring' achievements, he has been a four-time IWGP Heavyweight Champion, a three-time Triple Crown Heavyweight Champion, a one-time GHC Heavyweight Champion, a one-time NWA Worlds Heavyweight Champion, a one-time NWA Television Champion, a one-time WCW World Tag Team Champion, a six-time IWGP Tag Team Champion and the winner of the 1992 BattleBowl

He will be inducted by Ric Flair

Rumours circulating that Bautista may be pulled from this year Hall Of Fame due to acting commitments. Baustista is in South Africa at the moment making a action packed film My Spy.

He was supposed to be inducted in 2020, but that plan was shelved due to the Covid pandemic

The celebrity inductee has been announced

Andy Kaufman was a comedian and actor who was popular in the late '70s and early 90's. A fan of wrestling, he promoting himself as the 'Inter-Gender Wrestling Champion of the World', where he would wrestle against women.

This resulted in a feud with Jerry Lawler, thought Kaufman was making fun of wrestling! This fued culminated in a famous episode of 'The David Letterman Show' where Lawler slapped Kaufman in the face during an interview

Unsurprisingly, he will be inducted by Jerry Lawler, but it is unknown who will actually collect the award - maybe Jim Carrey (who played Kaufman in the film 'Man In The Moon') dressed as Kaufman's 'Tony Clifton' character!

March 23rd, 2001 - 22 years ago today, news broke that the WWF had brought both WCW and ECW - The 'Invasion' storyline had begun!

On the March 26th episode of RAW, it was revealed that Shane-O was actually the new owner of WCW...

...while the July 9th episodes of RAW featured the fact that the Billion Dollar Princess was the new owner of ECW

Rumour has it... Gangrel will be making a return to the WWE at WrestleMania, where he will be accompanying Edge (who will be Brood Edge) in his match against Finn Balor

There is no mention of whether Christian will be involved or not

It's also being suggested that Matt and Jeff, the 'New Brood', will be there and will rejoin with Lita

*IF* both of these happen, there are a lot of possibilities for future feuds!

Christian is at AEW so can't see it happening as is Matt Hardy .

It has just been announced that Stacy Keibler will be inducted into the Hall Of Fame. Although she was 'eye-candy' rather than a wrestler, she was winner of the 1999 WCW Nitro Girl Search, the 2004 'WWE Babe of the Year' and the manager Of The Dudley Boyz, Scott Steiner, Test & The Hurricane and Rosey

She will be inducted by Torrie Wilson
