Every time i come to the end of a series i often think i might start a complete run through of Buffy and Angel again. Two fantastic shows which started me off on tv marathons. trebor8273 likes this.  |

The complete series 1-7 boxset is just over £36 at The Hut, so that looks like a must buy for June when my assignments have been handed in and I have a few months without university work to do.

Elementary American version of Sherlock with the Johnny Lee Miller as Sherlock and the twist of Lucy Liu as a female Watson. Too say I wasn't expecting much is putting it midley. But the more it went on I found myself enjoying it more than Sherlock. A lot of ways it's more dark than Sherlock and in this version Holmes has a prober addication, heron and it is through this that holmes and Watson meet, as Watson has been hired as a " sober companion " by Holmes father to keep an eye on him. keirarts likes this. |

Watched another two of the highly entertaining Hammer House of Horror's TV series on the Horror channel last night. Whilst Children of The Full Moon was good, my favourite was Silent Scream starring the horror legend Peter Cushing. In this superb episode he plays a mild mannered pet shop owner who offers a job to an ex-con who he previously visited in prison. Things then turn rather sinister when the ex-con trys to rob the safe and ends up trapped in a home made prison. Highly recommended, and with a superb performance as usual from the ever reliable Cushing. |

Been watching Bates Motel never watched it when first shown, as much as im enjoying it there one slight problem. shouldnt it have a older theme and not a modern look of todays society?
