The Season 10 comics clumsily expand on what happened to them.

I think Carter has said the comics aren't canon. To be fair, we never actually saw them die - unlike Cancer Man, who's back as well! ![]() |

Carter did consider the comics canon, he was the 'executive producer' and story supervisor on them. Whether his opinion changed after this new season got the greenlight, who knows ? SDCC: Chris Carter & "The X-Files" Return to San Diego with Season 10 - Comic Book Resources There's also an explanation of how CSM could come back. |

Finished Wayward Pines tonight. Not bad though i think it went downhill gradually as it went on. Worked much better as a mystery. I started watching the first series of Whitechapel tonight, really enjoyed it. |

The Bill: Spill. A tanker truck overturns in a busy London area, spilling a hazardous chemical onto the streets. As the police, fire and ambulance services deal with the disaster, Sgt Boyden uncovers a dangerous conspiracy of fraud that has led to the incident. This is a cracking double-length episode from 1996 with an epic opening ten minutes on the scene of the accident seemingly all done in one take.
