As recommended by a mate, I perused Channel Zero: Candle Cove on 5 Star. A psychologist returns to his home town to find some closure over his twin's death when they were kids. Fairly creepy in places, 2nd part is on tonight etc.

amazing stuff, beautifully shot and very informative and gripping. just shows the BBC are still the best at documentary's especially wildlife ones.

Not in the slightest, it was really unsettling and as mentioned could of came out of a horror movie, it was more disturbing than most horror films and don't get me started on those poor brave penguins
