It is. Those bloomin' vampire like kids whose heads nod from side to side whilst grinning inanely. It kind of puts me off watching it they are so weird.

I really like it too - in fact I possibly prefer it to the '68 version, although they're both great interpretations of a solid story. I re-watched the Hurt version last night.

Possibly my favourite of all the stories.

So, i know i've got some Amazon gift cards coming and i'm on the look out for cheap box-sets. I've already ear-marked the Tales of the Unexpected complete set.

Now then, Pretty Little Liars has caught my attention, but basically, being the poorly adjusted male that i am, is it basically a series for teenage girls or can a real-ale chugging rugby aficionado who speaks in a very deep voice (honest) like me get on with it? The box set looks very good value for money.

£20 for the complete Tales of the Unexpected is an excellent price!

It really is. I thought I got a bargain when I bought it for about £35 from one of Network's sales a couple of years ago. £20 is an absolute steal.

I've got the weird best of compilation that Network released. Paid £18 in Sainsburies. I can see me taking to CEX and getting this.

Well I like it! It's got some teen soap stuff in it, obviously, but it's quite a good mystery thriller series with a very twisty turny murder/stalker overall plot.
