LEGENDS OF TOMORROW S2 EP12 'Camelot/3000'

The Legends travel to Camelot to locate part of the Spear Of Destiny and find Stargirl in King Arthur's court..

Another fun episode but features the tiresome Damien Darhk.
Stargirl makes an appearance and I really hoped she would join the Legends but no such luck. I noticed that Camelot is actually our very own Arundel Castle in West Sussex with a few CGI enhancements.

The new Jonathan Creek special. Well that was definitely a vast improvement on the awful last series. I'm still unconvinced by his new lifestyle and wife but at least the story was more like the Gothic mystery of old Creek than... whatever the hell series 5 was trying to do.

I don't think anybody here watches Nashville do they? Well, the writers really threw a spanner in the works this week... I get the feeling this is going to be the last season.

I've seen the first one or two seasons on (I think) Netflix, but not for a long time – I've had too much of my own stuff to watch recently. That being said, I intended to begin the second series of Thriller on DVD but started watching Brooklyn Nine-Nine on Netflix last night and, although the writing isn't as tight as it could be, with some lines falling flat, the show is very amusing and perfect for chilling out before going to sleep.

Is Nashville any good. I'm aware of it but haven't seen it.

It can be a little bit 'soapy' and this last season really isn't as good as it used to be, but it is a really 'easy watch' with a lot of good music in it. I do like it but I'd be reluctant to recommend it as I'm pretty sure it's not to everyone's taste. However, saying that it scores 92% on Rotten Tomatoes and 85% on Metacritic.

I don't mind 'soapy'. It's all good in the right context.

Admittedly, my sample size is quite small but, from what I saw, I thought Nashville was really well written and performed, with all the cast equally competent with their acting and singing.

Put it this way, It's 5 seasons in and I've not seen a bad episode

I do think that this is the end though.
