The Total Recall used was a brand new theatrical poster which was produced by StudioCanal when they released their newly restored and remastered version into cinemas prior to it's release on home media.

Certainly it's not as good or iconic as the original theatrical poster but it is at least a legit cinema artwork for it.

The Blade Runner you posted is from a series called Travelogues - Basically it's just a new cityscape or landscape as a slip cover over the normal blu-ray. Inside each release there's a fold out poster of the new art inside the sealed blu-ray.

Also in the series are Logan's Run, Forbidden Planet and others. I quite like the Blade Runner one and bought it last week.

Why not give us a slip with original art?

I mean who's gonna buy Logan's Run and Forbidden Planet when the HMV prem discs feature original art? It's ****ing greed and craziness on the studio's part Dem.Universal are as bad.....

Here's a prime example of a studio not giving a ****.
I already own the Psycho 4k steelbook,but wanted the standard release because of the artwork-look where they stuck those ****ing bbfc and Irish ratings logos.....So they can ram it.I'll import it.

That’s dreadful.
Why the hell don’t they put these logos on the spine only. Or if they’re legally bound to display the BBFC’s ratings on the cover, they should follow Redemption’s example, as displayed in their dvd release of NIGHT OF THE BLOODY APES.

Looks like they need to get their money back and stick with the original cover, what was wrong with a sociopath looking at his own reflection, that's what sold me on buying the movie.
